We provide a one time re-scheduling of booked slots to a future time and date of choosing and availability, provided they inform us 2 hours prior to the booked time slot. If they fail to avail the slot after rescheduling, there will be a 50% refund through the appropriate payment method used while making the initial booking. Customers have to approach or contact us with a valid Booking ID to do so. Failure to do the above mentioned steps will be a no refund and no rescheduling scenario.
